IteraPath Studio provides Simple Teleprompter ("the App"). These terms cover our cross-platform service; store-specific billing terms apply to purchases made through that store. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
The App provides script management, prompting, voice following, recording and floating-window features where supported. Availability depends on platform, device, permissions and the plan shown before purchase. Guest access is available; registration is needed for account-based features such as optional cloud synchronization. Protect your credentials and keep copies of important content. Your App account and store purchase account are separate identities.
You may request account deletion in the App. Deleting the App or account does not cancel a store subscription. Data use, retention and deletion are explained in our Privacy Policy.
Use the App lawfully and only with content you are entitled to use. Your scripts and recordings remain yours; you permit processing needed to deliver the features you choose. App software, branding and licensed components belong to their respective owners.
On iOS/iPadOS, Speech Recognition uses Apple's Speech framework, including SFSpeechRecognizer. Audio and selected script hints may be supplied to Apple's recognizer; recognized text drives local script matching. Speech Rate monitors microphone input to adjust prompting speed. These features do not integrate an independent third-party AI recognition service.
Some supported paths request on-device recognition; other paths may use Apple's servers. Offline availability is not guaranteed for every device, language or recording configuration. Apple system dialogs request microphone and speech-recognition permissions, which you may decline or revoke. These terms do not replace required permissions. Android and Web use their respective system/browser recognition services, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Available plans, features, limits, localized prices, currencies and any offers appear on the purchase screen and store confirmation before purchase. Cloud features may require registration and connectivity; video quality depends on hardware. These terms do not replace the information shown before you buy.
Apple App Store subscriptions: Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm purchase, subject to any displayed trial or offer. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the end of that period at the applicable disclosed renewal price. Price changes follow Apple's applicable notice and consent rules.
A free trial or introductory offer applies only when displayed and when your account is eligible. The displayed duration and subsequent price apply; an eligible trial converts to the displayed paid subscription unless canceled as required. We do not promise a trial for every user. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
Manage or cancel Apple subscriptions in Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Simple Teleprompter. Access after cancellation follows Apple's displayed expiry; some trial cancellations may end access immediately. See Apple's cancellation instructions. Buying Lifetime does not itself cancel an existing subscription.
Use Restore Purchases with the store account that owns the purchase to restore eligible access. Apple handles App Store charges and refund requests; request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Eligibility follows store policies and applicable law; we can assist with access issues but cannot guarantee a refund decision.
Google Play purchases follow Google Play's billing, cancellation and refund policies and the terms shown at checkout. Manage them through Google Play. Web does not offer in-app checkout. Deleting the App or account does not cancel subscriptions on either store.
Check scripts and recordings before relying on them. Recognition and prompting can contain errors or be interrupted by noise, permissions, network/service availability or other apps. Floating windows and simultaneous recording depend on system and app compatibility; compatibility with every app is not guaranteed. Lifetime access does not guarantee compatibility with every future device or operating-system release. Nothing here limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
The App license is subject to the EULA applicable to its store listing and relevant store terms. These service terms do not change the EULA selected in App Store Connect.
We publish changes with their revision date and provide notice or obtain agreement where required. An update does not silently authorize new data sharing or a new payment.
